Meeting Presenters

The William A. Burnard Warming Center strengthens our community by providing safety, warmth, and care for unhoused individuals and families on the coldest nights of the year. Access to water, snacks, warm weather clothing, and information about community programs and resources are all provided. They ensure that no one spends a single night unsheltered and alone during winter months in Cache Valley.

The Allen & Alice Stokes Nature Center is Cache Valley’s local nature center and outdoor exploration hub for people of all ages. Their mission is to provide nature education and promote outdoor exploration for people of all ages. They are also proud to be the official educational permittee of the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest and Logan Canyon Children’s Forest.

Kumbatia is a non-profit organization that provides children from the slums of Kenya with safety, nutrition, and education. They work to empower young, single mothers who are returning to work or school after giving birth. By providing free childcare they ensure that women can get an education, or work to provide for their families, knowing that their children are safe, loved, and well cared for.
